Did you know the average teen sleeps only 7.4 hours a night — but needs 9–10 hours to truly thrive?
✅ More sleep = sharper focus, stronger memory, healthier emotions, and better self-control

✨Parent Quick Tips:
1. Aim for a consistent bedtime with at least 9 hours of sleep.
2. Limit caffeine and screen use in the hours before bed.
